I am not a landlord. Kodisawa exists because reconciling rent in Kenya is still done by scrolling back through M-Pesa messages by hand. I am Kenyan, I know the problem from the people around me, and I would rather build the tool than have the opinion. Payments are matched to tenants automatically, against the landlord's own Paybill.
